As a Sophomore at Stanford I participated in the Hoover National Security Affairs Mentorship program. After interviewing Airmen from different squadron we compiled the following report.

ACROBITE |
As a Summer intern at the Cyber and Infrastructure Security Agency in 2023, I struggled to understand all the government acronyms I found my peers using. So I built Acrobite, a google chrome extension that reads a webpage from any cyber related acornyms (based on a DoD database) and automatically expands it. Cyber literacy is the first step to lowering the barrier of entry for cyber folk.

Color Talk: Film Video on Colorism in the Media
South asians for black lives |
In response to the Black Lives Matter movement, I hosted a seminar for Bay Area South Asian seniors explaining the movement and why we as South Asians must contribute and address anti-blackness or colorism in our own community.
Youth Voting Video |
I created a video on barriers youth face for voting for the 9th Circuit Civics Contest, winning second place in the competition.
KUDOS |
In an AT Software Development course, I worked with my classmates Tobey Solomon and Lauren Lin to develop Kudos - an app to let students at our school send compliments to each other anonymously. After publishing my first app, SPB to the app store, I spearheaded the development of Kudos using Swift for IOS. Our app will be launching this year at Castilleja at a time where social connection is even more important as we shift to virtual learning.

Bippy |
In Summer 2018, I attended LaunchX @ MIT, a 4 week summer incubator where I worked with a team of international high school peers to create a startup. We created Bippy: a robot to help kids with adhd focus on their homework. We completed 3 prototypes, research and design, and in-person and virtual tests with students with ADHD. After receiving a grant from LaunchX, we continued to develop Bippy, presenting at the Diamond Challenge.
